On January 15–16, 2026, Herolift organized a two-day product training program for newly joined employees, including on-site learning and hands-on operation in the company warehouse. The training aimed to deepen employees’ understanding of Herolift’s material handling and vacuum lifting solutions, ensuring strong technical foundations to support future customer projects.
Following earlier product knowledge sessions, the warehouse-based training focused on real equipment, real configurations, and real application scenarios. Participants received systematic introductions to product structure, key components, operating principles, safety standards, and typical industrial applications.
A key part of the training was hands-on practice. Under the guidance of experienced engineers and technical specialists, new employees took part in component assembly, equipment installation, and basic setup procedures. This practical involvement enabled participants to clearly understand how individual components work together as a complete lifting system, as well as how equipment is configured for different application requirements.
Live equipment demonstrations were also conducted to showcase standard operating procedures, safety considerations, and the stable performance of Herolift solutions in practical use.
At Herolift, product expertise is closely linked to delivery quality. A structured internal training system ensures that every team member involved in sales, engineering, and project support has a clear and accurate understanding of equipment design and application. Through continuous training and hands-on learning, Herolift remains committed to providing reliable, efficient, and professionally engineered material handling solutions to customers worldwide.
